I pride myself on building connections with my clients, offering a warm, supportive space in order for them to feel safe and really heard.  It’s in this vulnerable space that our work together really begins. It’s confidential and created solely for you. 


Here we can explore your feelings, thought patterns and behaviours, working with your inner resources to create some clarity. Collaboratively we can address life’s blocks and emotional hurdles which often can hinder us from living our happiest and fullest lives.


Together we can negotiate these challenges and effect change. 


I won’t give you answers but I’ll most definitely work with you reflectively to find those answers you hold within you.

I have a particular interest in working with the sensations felt within the body, rather than the learnt cognitive responses we learn to adopt in life.  Focusing allows clients to really concentrate on their felt sensations.


I also enjoy working with breathing techniques to ease anxiety and stress to concentrate on creating a sense of calm.

I am able to work with adults, young adults and couples.  

I can offer daytime and occasional evening appointments to fit around you. These can be weekly, fortnightly or on an ad hoc basis with no set number of sessions as we work with your needs. 


All sessions are currently undertaken via zoom video call or telephone. Unfortunately, I am not available at weekends.
